About Us

Allison Grace, CEBS, CCP, CMS, is President and Founder of Instant HR Solutions and a human resources professional with more than eighteen years of experience.  As a consultant, Allison has worked with companies in various industries including investment management, technology, supermarkets, oil & gas development, restaurants, recruiting and accounting.

 

Combined with technical training and professional certifications, Allison's practical experience includes working in all aspects of human resources and partnering at the CEO level to establish HR programs that support the strategic objectives of the business.  Her extensive experience includes benefits, compensation, legal compliance, performance management, employee relations, recruiting and termination. 

 

Prior to her consulting work, Allison worked in technology, advertising, publishing, retail, insurance and non-profit firms and held Director and Vice President level human resources leadership positions with such companies as Register.com, Food Marketing Institute, and The Thomson Corporation.  Allison's global human resources expertise includes working with employees in the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, France, Germany, Eastern Europe and Africa.

Education and Technical Training

Allison is designated a Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS) and a Compensation Management Specialist (CMS) by the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans and the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.  She is also recognized as a Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) by World at Work, the professional association for compensation, benefits and total rewards.  Allison is a graduate of Binghamton University, where she earned a Bachelors degree in Political Science and International Relations, and was selected to Who's Who in American Universities and Colleges.
