Hiring
Instant HR Solutions was a great solution for us as a small
business. We didn't need a full-time HR staff person but we did
need help. We hired Allison for an initial three month assignment to
audit our policies and procedures and put new ones in place. We
were so pleased with the services provided that we have continued to
work with Allison for more than three years. Allison saved
us thousands of dollars by redesigning our benefits plan, reducing
excessive payroll administration fees, and establishing travel and expense policies to
better manage employee

At the time we hired
